Data protection

The use of personal data is regulated in the privacy policy. The privacy policy is an integral and binding part of these GTC. You can find the data protection declaration here.

Customer account

In order to purchase goods from Emaille Hiller, a customer account must be created. Either a private customer account or a business customer account can be opened. For a business customer account you have to register with your VAT number. With a business customer account, leaded enamel can also be purchased. With a private customer account, only lead-free enamel and accessories can be ordered.

Orders

Orders can be placed with a customer account via our webshop. The order is binding when the terms and conditions have been accepted and the BUY button has been pressed. This creates a completed and legally binding purchase contract. After receipt of your order, an e-mail confirming the order will be sent to you.

Payment

The products will be shipped after receipt of payment. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer or by credit card. In case of bank transfer, you will find the payment details on your invoice, which you will receive after completing your order. Please state your order number in the reason for payment/payment reference. Usually, a bank transfer takes between 1-2 working days. There is also the possibility of an instant bank transfer.

Price
The prices are shown in Swiss Francs (CHF) or EURO (EUR) without VAT. For orders within Switzerland, an additional 7.7% VAT will be charged. For orders outside Switzerland no VAT will be charged. Not included in the price are the costs for packaging and shipping and any customs duties. These vary depending on the size, quantity and value of the product ordered.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery will be made within 3-4 working days after receipt of payment.
No additional handling fees are charged for our deliveries. The prices of our postal or courier services apply. The delivery price will be displayed in the shop before you complete your order.
Express delivery (A-Post) is made via DHL Express.
Standard shipping (B Mail) is handled by Swiss Post.

Important for international deliveries: Any import and customs duties are not included in the price and must be paid by the customer (INCOTERM 2010 DAP). Usually, these charges will be invoiced by the relevant office upon or shortly after receipt of the goods. Emaille Hiller has no influence on these import and customs fees.

The goods are packed as standard. If any goods have been damaged in transit, this must be reported to us in writing by email or telephone within two working days as of receipt of goods and, if possible, documented with a photograph so that we can report the damage to the delivery service and discuss the problem.

Products

The products and accessories offered by Emaille Hiller come from various countries in Europe.
We always strive to provide you with the best possible quality. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us directly by email or telephone so that we can address your concerns individually.

Warranty
Due to manufacturing processes, enamel products may vary slightly in colour. Identical colours cannot be guaranteed. No warranty claims can be made for our products.

Return policy
Received items are to be checked for correctness, completeness and intactness within 14 days. Complaints about the scope of delivery, material defects, incorrect delivery and deviations in quantity must be notified to us by e-mail within this period after receipt. The return deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the goods are handed over to the post office or another shipping company for return on the last day (the postmark or dispatch stamp shall be decisive).
Upon proper return of the goods, Emaille Hiller will, after inspection of the same, refund the total price paid to the customer by credit note, provided that Emaille Hiller accepts the defect, whereby a defect will not be refused without reason.
